Coca-Cola v. Pom Could Significantly Affect Food Advertising

Pom is suing Coca-Cola for misrepresenting their product on the food label, which marketed a pomegranate-blueberry juice that was actually 99% apple and grape juice. If Pom wins, it could open up what qualifies for class action litigation from the labels to product names.
