A new burger concept in San Francisco could be a game changer. Although Super Duper restaurants are only located in the Bay Area, burger joints around the country could emulate their business model of quality products for reasonable prices. Their burgers cost more than the average fast food chain but less than the typical sit-down restaurant, filling a market void for premium burgers served fast. In addition, Super Duper’s streamlined offerings and compostable materials make the restaurant an interesting case study.
