More Customer Service Brands are Getting Creative with Twitter’s New Curated Profiles

Twitter introduced a new design tool this summer called “featured tweets” that lets brands curate and display content they want users to see most. As adoption rates climb, customer service-oriented businesses such as Hotels.com and Starbucks have taken advantage of the increased autonomy and creativity the tool allows. The new feature essentially breaks a company’s profile into three sections, with selected tweets and promoted photos appearing at the top and the brand’s normal timeline displaying at the bottom.
