Matt de Gruyter opened up his first Next Level Burger in July 2014 in Bend, Oregon. With plans to completely disrupt the traditional American burger joint, the Next Level Burger menu is 100% plant based. De Gruyter has opened various Next Level Burgers across the Pacific Northwest, getting closer to his ambitious goal of 1,000 units in 10 years. With more and more people being health-conscious, De Gruyter is confident in his new burger joint concept.
