Study: Starbucks is the King of Customer Loyalty

In a recent US study, Foursquare measured consumer loyalty of QSR brands. Loyalty was measured by four different metrics: visit frequency, market penetration, share of wallet and fanaticism threshold. Starbucks came out on top, but regional chain, Whataburger, broke the top 10. Foursquare explains some reasons why people may be more loyal to certain brands in the link below.
