McDonald’s Makes Recycling Push in Latest Bid to Burnish Image

McDonald’s has set a goal to recycle customer trash across all global restaurants by 2025. Today only about 10% of the chain’s locations offer recycling. This goal also includes plans to start using more environmentally friendly packaging as consumers feel it’s more important to buy from brands that are good corporate citizens. McDonald’s has made great progress toward these goals and has seen a continued rise in stocks.
