Snapchat Is Opening Up Its Marketing Platform to All Ad-Tech Players and Agencies

After testing ad tech and programmatic buying for over a year, Snapchat has opened up its marketing application programming interface (API) to any tech vendor, agency or brand. Before, this was only open to a select number of companies, but now the app will allow advertisers to use Snap’s data to enhance targeting, measurement and creative. By opening up the API, Snapchat is inviting a broader range of marketers to to purchase, run and track ad campaigns.
