Google Removed 3.2 Billion “Bad Ads” in 2017, Up From 1.7 Billion the Previous Year

In an effort to prevent the large advertising platform from being used for immoral purposes, Google took down more than 3.2 billion ‘bad ads’ and removed 320,000 bad publishers from the network. Nearly 50 advertising and publishing policies have been added to combat new threats. As technology improves, more policies will be added to improve the online advertising experience.
