Taco Bell’s August brand activation, the “Taco Bell Hotel”, garnered 4.4 billion impressions from the event, with more than 5,000 articles written by media outlets. The key behind this was building an experience with a specific set of parameters: no promotion around a product—this was strictly about the hotel experience for guests and no one else. They engulfed guests in the Taco Brand without compromising on hospitality, and it showed through in the amenities, activations and guest reactions.
