Amazon announced a new group of products that build the Alexa assistant into wearable products, including wireless earbuds, prescription glasses frames, and even a ring. Users will now be able to have the Alexa assistant with them wherever they’re going.
The wireless headphones, called Echo Buds, focus on high-fidelity sound.
The glasses for Alexa, called Alexa Frames, have a microphone and small speaker. They can be used to do things like record reminders while you’re driving using Alexa, Amazon said.
Alexa Loop is another Alexa-powered product that you wear like a ring. It has a small mic and speaker and a haptic feedback engine.
