Coca-Cola Wants to Use AI Bots to Create Its Ads

Coca-Cola’s global senior digital director, Mariano Bosaz, is looking to use artificial intelligence to create content and buy media for the brand. He noted that while bots may not be able to write an entire script, they are capable of putting together the first or last couple seconds of a spot and can use programmatic technology to serve them to the right consumers at the right time. Bosaz acknowledges though that marketers need to keep in mind privacy concerns and “find the right balance of using consumer data to provide better services that they appreciate without crossing the line.”
