Dyanamic Ads Coming to Turner Networks’ Video on Demand
By Kevin Kelly • May 13, 2014Turner Networks (TBS, TNT, Adult Swim, CNN, Cartoon Network and truTV) announced that they will be selling Dynamic Ads as part of this year’s upfront. This enables advertisers that have purchased inventory in programming to update ad content so that it is relevant when the viewer actually consumes the program after the original air date. This would be useful for limited time offer type of opportunities that may expire between the time the program originally aired and when the viewer actually watches the program. This will be offered on Xfinity (Comcast) cable when it first launches.
