GM Brings Dunkin’ Donuts, Starbucks Ordering to Cars

GM announced a new in-vehicle app named Marketplace that will allow drivers to purchase Dunkin’ Donuts, Starbucks, gasoline and other goods through their infotainment systems. All 2017 and 2018 GM vehicles are being remotely installed with Marketplace. “We are allowing these merchants to interact with their customers-our mutual customers-in a contextually relevant way,” said Santiago Chamorro, president of global connected customer experience.
