Kellogg’s Cereal Is Offering the Virtual Reality Experience Through Its Packaging

Kellogg’s new cereal Nutri-Grain BOLT offers an easy-to-use cut-out infographic to make a virtual reality headset for smart phones. Once the headset is made, the box provides instructions for accessing the many virtual reality experiences. This idea is a modern spin on the ‘prize inside the cereal box’ and a cool way to use packaging. Additionally, using this technology helps Kellogg’s to reach and be relevant to the tech-savvy target of their new cereal.
