Blimpie’s crowdsourced promo leads to 25% growth in Facebook fans

Blimpie fans submitted hundreds of ideas for commercials in honor of the brand’s 50th birthday. Now, those fans will have the chance to select their favorite “FANmercial,” as well as win prizes. The FANmercial project has run entirely on Blimpie’s Facebook page and has contributed to a 25-percent growth in Facebook fans for the brand.
