Pinterest Is Working on a New ‘Explore’ Section for Publishers, Brands

Pinterest fights to stay relevant in the social media world with the introduction of its new “Discover” tab. Similar to Instagram’s “Explore” tab, Pinterest users will be offered pages of personalized content from brands and other users. Brands that utilize this new platform will be able to share content in many different types of media, including video, to reach and engage consumers. Target, Wendy’s and Burberry are some of the first brands to jump onboard with Pinterest’s new video advertising platform, but the company hopes to gain many more as it continues to expand its advertising capabilities
