Facebook is Offering a New Ad Buying Option

Advertisers have been routinely charged for having ads appear partially on a viewer’s page. Facebook looks to solve this by adding a premium ad-buying model. Facebook wants to charge higher prices for advertisers to post ads but only charge them once the advertisement is actually viewed. The way the new system will work is ads will only be chargeable if a picture or text ad is in full view of a user’s screen or if a video has been watched for over 10 seconds.
