McDonald’s is turning customer’s smartphones into digital drive-thrus with the introduction of its mobile ordering. The brand is offering this new feature to those who have downloaded its mobile app, giving customers the opportunity to order and pay for their favorite meals before even getting to the restaurant. McDonald’s is jumping into the mobile ordering game in hopes to cut wait times, improve accuracy and keep up with competitors.
