McDonald’s Turns to Social Media to Draw Millennials

How do brands build up a millennial customer base? If McDonald’s latest hiring spree is any indicator, the answer is social media. The fast-food chain recently added 200 people to its digital media teams in an effort to engage younger audiences. This could prove to be a successful investment for the Golden Arches, as recent reports show that only one in five millennials has ever tried a Big Mac.
