Snapchat is Testing 6-Second Unskippable Ads

In May, Snapchat will begin testing un-skippable ads on the platform’s 4-5 minute long “Snapchat Shows.” Snapchat was very reluctant to put ads in front of users in the past, but as the only source of income for Snap Inc., creating attractive ad products keeps it alive.
