Wendy’s has garnered a lot of attention lately for its sassy Twitter responses to users who insult the brand or praise its competitors. The fast food chain has benefitted from its new strategy thus far—with some tweets receiving tens of thousands of retweets and likes—and serves as an example of how brands can leverage social media in surprising ways.
