Chick-fil-A is launching a new bun for a group of customers ignored by most fast-food chains

The gluten-free craze has hit Chick-fil-A. The fast-food chicken chain announced Monday that it had begun serving a gluten-free bun at restaurants across the US. Its new bun is made with quinoa and amaranth and sweetened with molasses and raisins. It contains 150 calories and costs an additional $1.15.
