Chipotle’s Instagram Story Featuring 100 Pictures of Queso Generated a 70% Completion Rate

After mixed reviews on Chipotle’s new Queso, the brand and Day One Agency are stepping it up on social to promote the new dip. Through 100 pieces of Instagram Story content, viewers were given coded messages that they had to use to enter a contest. All of the posts featured the new queso and the Story generated a 70 to 75% completion rate. While many brands experiment with Instagram Stories, Chipotle’s recent effort caught people’s attention.
