Dunkin’s Donuts Links Google Assistant To Ordering

DD Perks Rewards members can now use Google’s voice assistant technology to place orders for coffee, beverages, baked goods and breakfast sandwiches and skip the line for in-store pickup. The Dunkin’ Donuts service is available through Google Assistant on iPhone and Android phones and is powered by the conversational intelligence program, Conversable. To begin an order, app users who have linked their DD Perks and Google accounts say, “Hey Google, talk to Dunkin’ Donuts.”
