McDonald’s Products Are So Popular, They Autocomplete Themselves

In the most recent print campaign from Leo Burnett London, simple photos of classic McDonald’s menu items are accompanied by a sight typically associated with the technology industry: a search bar. Beneath each photo lies a corresponding search query that appears with the menu item name, thanks to autocorrect. Although other brands have successfully used the autocorrect concept in past advertising campaigns, critics are unsure if this McDonald’s campaign will connect with consumers.
