Chatbots Are Changing How Customers Order

Automated technology is invading some of the most popular communication platforms, such as Facebook Messenger, Slack and Twitter. Rather than rely on consumers to exclusively use branded apps, companies like Wingstop and Taco Bell have created a way to engage hungry consumers through conversational ordering. Brands should prepare to capitalize on this technology as ordering interfaces evolve to mimic more natural language.
