Chick-fil-A’s Free Breakfast Promo Is a Tasty Marketing App Treat

Chick-fil-A has announced that new and existing app users can order one of three breakfast items for free through the end of September. The timing of this promotion could indicate a pattern following a similar promo that ran this time last year, or it could point to the company’s dissatisfaction with customer usage. Although the app was one of the top-downloaded when it first launched, Chick-fil-A lags behind competitors in number of customer ratings on the Apple App Store and daily usage rates per month.
