Which fast-food chain has the fastest drive-thru?

In order to test this, QSR Magazine measured more than 1,500 visits to 10 fast-food chains across the U.S. at different times during the day between June 1 and August 1. They found that consumers spend an average of 255 seconds waiting for food in a drive-thru line. That’s about 20 seconds slower than last year, according to the findings. This slowed time is being attributed to QSR’s difficulty to keep pace as menus become more complicated, along with growing numbers of customers pick up mobile orders.

The award for the fastest drive-thru line goes to Dunkin’, while the title of slowest goes to Chick-Fil-A. Check out the full list of other QSR’s average times in the article below.
