You Can Now Watch Tech Bring Food to Your Door with a Few Taps of Your Smartphone

When customers order from the QSR using DoorDash, the platform selects a person or a robot to complete the delivery. Happy, the robot who roams Bay Area streets delivering curly fries and burgers, can more efficiently navigate the urban area while keeping orders piping hot. A human chaperone accompanies the robot for now, but most of the communication throughout the delivery takes place via smartphone notifications.
